Union Membership
You do not have to be a union member to be a Supporting Artiste.
The two main unions who protect Supporting Artistes are
BECTU and
Equity.
Both of these unions have agreements on pay & the rate you receive, for film &
tv work will be based on them.
Other Work Rates.
Rates for other work will be based on the
"industry" standard for the type of work.
