Polease has direct access to a wealth of Civilian & Military experience, all of which is available to your project or production.
Many of our Technical Advisors have been in the UK Police, Paramedic, Fire & Military forces within the last 10 years, so have relevant and first hand experience of Armed Police situations, Riots, Major Accidents/Incidents and Fires as well as Military experience in Kosovo, Iraq & Afghanistan.
Civilian Organisations
On our books we have people who either have or are still serving members of UK Police Forces (in a variety of positions), Retained Fire Personnel & people with experience of Paramedic & Ambulance services. We can supply specialists such as Weapons Training Officers, Tactical & Defensive High Speed Drivers, Helicopter & Aircraft Pilots, Police Divers (certified & trained), Dog Handlers & Mounted Police. We also have people who work in the Courts and Prison Services.
Military
Our books feature a large number of personnel who have been in the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Air Force & Territorial Army. In addition we have highly skilld experts including Bomb Disposal, Helicopter Pilots, Snipers, Physical Excercise Instructors, Drill (marching) Experts and Military Police.

Pre-production Script Reading & Analysis Consultation
Polease personnel will read your script looking for uniform (costume) inconsistencies or anomalies; to identify potential problem areas for on-set safety and to make judgements on the appropriate weapons for the action (if required). We can advise on characterisations, enabling your production to present the required level of "realism"
Costume Consultants
Getting the costume right for your characters is time consuming, requiring extensive research.
Polease has an in-house Costume Department able to do all that research for you and to ensure any Supporting Artistes & Actors we supply are equipped with accurate (for your production) costume and associated kit such as correct period radios, truncheons & batons and ancillary equipment such as riot shields and forced-entry equipment. We have experience of adjusting uniform items to fit in with production & script requirements.
Tactical Choreographers
Police & Military people move in a certain way, it is apparent when they walk and it is apparent when they are given a weapon. Getting your cast to move and behave as members of the Police, Fire Service or Military can enhance the on-screen experience for the viewer. Polease has the expertise to train & advise your cast members & to create the choreography needed for action sequences. And we are not restricted to modern time - we have links to a number of acknowledged experts in Historical Police, Fire & Military services.
