Appropriate Adult Aided

Polease have just finished filming on the new ITV Studios drama about notorious mass murderer Fred West to be called "Appropriate Adult".

The 2-part drama will focus on the period of time between Fred West’s arrest and his suicide on New Year’s Day 1995 and how he confided in Janet Leach who took the role of the “appropriate adult” during his police interviews.

Written by Neil McKay, executive produced by Jeff Pope and produced by Lisa Gilchrist, "Appropriate Adult" has been filmed in an and around Manchester and is due to transmission in the near future.
